This is a series of blogposts about battery thermal management. Building on university research data I’ll discuss ideal temperature range for discharging and charging. Furthermore I will look into heating and cooling batteries. Next post is about Tesla’s thermal management. A separate one for what other OEM’s do. After that I’ll share the details of my build as DIY inspiration. Finally I’ll gather and share temperature data in practice while using an electric vehicle.
